Or you can try Amla that balances the pH of the stomach, curing constipation and acidity. You should drink Amla juice every morning on an empty stomach. You can also chew fresh ginger to prevent indigestion problems. You can also season your dishes with garlic powder. Clove also boosts the mobility of your gut improving the gastrointestinal secretions.

  1.    Diet

Diet is a very important factor when it comes to gastric issues. People with gastric problems should take a short fast. Drink warm water. This helps flush out toxins from the body, giving your stomach a rest. Adopt an all-fruit diet for some time. Eat juicy fruits like pears, apples, grapes, oranges, peaches, pineapple, and melons.
