Having a sexy body is a dream for everyone, especially when you need to attend to special occasions. The worst scenario is you don’t have enough time to work out, but you know you will get full attention to your appearance. You need to lose weight in the shortest of time.

Many researches show that it is impossible to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. However, based on my experience last summer, these numbers are realistic and let me tell you how I did it.

Taking a very good care of your diet

“You are what you eat” is always true. I wanted to lose weight fast, so I had to reduce the amount of food consumed every day and use amazing keto diet plan. I cut anything related to sugar including drinks or even sauces. I used to be a big fan of smoothie with whipped cream and had it almost every single days. However, I was determined enough to get rid of this habit.

I also said NO to fast food or processed food like sausages and canned food. They made your body heavy and difficult to release the toxic out. Fried dishes were on my cutting list as well. French fire, fish, and chips were a big turn off.

I have learned to replace my bad habit by the new and healthy one. For example, I drank flavored water or green tea. I cooked at home with a lot of vegetables. Instead of frying the food, I would boil them.

Exercise, Exercise, and Exercise

It is possible to lose weight in a short term if you combine your diet and exercise together. Even though you take the best over the counter diet pills, without getting yourself sweaty, you may not have the result you want.

I worked out intensively last June in 2 weeks. Best thing I have ever done in my life was hiring a gym coach. Believe me, spend a bit money having someone to kick your ass every day was very effective. I was more motivated to go to the gym and also put more effort into this.

In average, I worked out 3 hours daily in the morning and 1 hour walking in the evening before going to sleep. You can choose different sports like swimming, jogging or biking, as long as you enjoy it.

One more thing you shouldn’t forget is to drink more water in this stage, to keep yourself from dehydrating. You have changed your diet and been sweaty a lot. Not having enough fluid inside the body can make you feel temporarily less heavy, just temporary and you don’t want that happens.

CONCLUSION

Losing 10 pounds in 2 weeks can be a big challenge, but the result is significant. I can do it by just being disciplined to myself, and I believe you can do it too. It’s all about our attitude and commitment. Just remember to keep the routine slow after 2 weeks. You don’t need to do the same, but this is a good start if you want to lose more weight.
